In July 2012, over 150 Yale alumni, family and friends worked with the people of Yamoransa, Ghana for one week. The volunteers taught over 800 children in the mornings, ran sports and arts camp in the afternoon, provide a medical clinic that saw almost 1000 people, helped construct a community center, provided college mentoring, offered micro-business consulting, and filmed TV news segments with the teenagers.
